英国景观行业协会国家景观奖

BALI  LANDSCAPE  AWARDS 

近日，英国景观行业协会（BALI）宣布了英国2017年度国家景观奖。由易兰规划设计院设计的“京东集团总部”、“融科资讯中心”项目从全球众多项目中脱颖而出，获得本届盛会的国际类奖项（International Award）。

创造令人着迷的城市商务空间

设计团队针对场地特点提出“在花园里办公”的理念，通过重新定义场地入口空间，增加景观视线的聚焦点，提高入口辨识度；考虑室内景观视线，形成立体界面景观空间；使商业广场整体化，形成良好的景观界面等，营造出一个充满活力与现代气息的开放景观体系。通过现状梳理与场地设计，到造出井然有序的公共空间秩序。重新梳理因单向交通引起人车混乱问题，增加车行环岛，实现人车分流，强调办公楼的车行入口。

This project involvedrefurbishing an existing urban space within a mixed-use commercial and officepark in the central district of Beijing, China. The site design creates an urbanspace that not only serves many high-end corporations that choose to rentthere, but also extends outward to provide inviting spaces and relaxing experiencesfor the nearby downtown residents. It’s ideally suited for hosting various outdoor public andprivate events.

By redefining the entrancespace, the enhanced landscape renovation improves the identification of theentrance. It emphasizes the main entrance of the office building whileseparating the flow of pedestrians and vehicular traffic to the officebuildings and commercial shops. The redesign of the space around LenovoCottage refreshes the historic character of the site. The spirit ofLenovo’s motto of “Constant effort brings success” is creatively represented inan especially designed water fountain featured nearby the Cottage retained onsite.

Reconstruction of the waterscape retaining wall at the commercial entranceadds a layer of granite on top of the original stainless steel edging, greatlyreducing what was once a tripping hazard. This level of humanistic detaildesign benefits the user’s involvement and eases the property management, solvinga major client concern.

After completion of the project, the entire area has beentransformed from a relatively closed business space into a welcoming urbansitting room. The simple, open space organization, large areas of green spacesand paving, and delicate design details establish it as a landmark space forpeople working and living nearby. The overall effect has provided a desiredbusiness space, attracting well-known tech companies such as Google and Intel.The landscape renovation greatly enhanced the influence of this site.

当代性与地方性的艺术化融合

设计以"e江南"为主题将电子科技与古典园林相结合，在打造深入人心的中国古典园林意境基础上，增加了更多的实用功能和创新的科技元素。“e江南”为“忆江南”的谐音，设计以传统园林中常见的影壁、翠竹、条石铺装为灵感，将江南古典园林的造景手法与现代园林结合。

Many site constraints such as underground structures and above grade utilities have been ingeniously integrated into thelandscape design through the practice of Chinese screen walls allowing them todisappear into the surroundings, turning a hindrance into a benefit.  The philosophy of "harmony betweenmankind and nature" is embodied in this landscape design ideal which combines modern "Online Business" with traditional "ChineseGarden" to create a unique harmony of opposites.  Screen walls, bamboo, unique pavement, andstill water surfaces taken from Chinese gardens of the past, create distinctoutdoor spaces of different scales and enclosure, comfortably welcoming cooperate employees and guests with diverse experiences.

As one of the most famous online enterprises in China,JD.COM located its new headquarters in the Economic-Technological Development District of Yizhuang in Beijing, with a total site area of 45,000m2,of which 41,844 m2 is allotted for landscape design. Design services encompass landscape conceptual design through construction drawings and documents, including site planning, grading and drainage layout, hardscapedesign, planting design, special features design, lighting design, and site furniture specifications and arrangement.

To bring a unique character to the headquarters of the prominent Chinese online shopping enterprise, JD.COM, the landscape design thoughtfully blends contemporary comforts with a hint of inspiration fromtraditional Chinese garden elements, offering the employees a respite inrelaxing, delicate spaces while enriching the surrounding community.

To give the client outdoor spaces with a distinguishing character, custom-designed site furniture in a bold Chinese red is sprinkled throughout the green spaces creating vibrant features encouraging interaction between the corporate environment and the community.

The project creatively integrates the JD Headquarters’green spaces with distinctive streetscape to eliminate the barrier between enterprise and public areas while maintaining an exclusive atmosphere. Taking away the barrier promotes a closer relationship between the online shopping companyand its target customers, reflecting the characteristic and culture of anonline business service.
